The Elisabeth Severance Prentiss Bereavement Center is a community based grief support program that provides services throughout northern Ohio. We offer support to anyone who has experienced a loss due to death, whether or not Hospice of the Western Reserve services were used.

Reporting Suspected Fraud or Abuse
It is the responsibility of all Hospice of the Western Reserve employees, volunteers, vendors and agents to fulfill all their legal, professional and ethical obligations and to adhere to all laws and regulations in providing hospice care and services to the community. Any Hospice of the Western Reserve employee, volunteer, vendor, agent, patient, family member or caregiver who believes that an act has taken place that would place Hospice of the Western Reserve at risk of fraud or abuse should report such an incident.
