How Your Contribution Helps
Hospice of the Western Reserve is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization that receives contributions from the community to support the Hospice mission. These contributions to the organization allow us to provide quality care for patients and their families regardless of their ability to pay. Hospice relies on individual, business, industry, and church donations, as well as memorials, membership drives, fundraising events, gift-in-kind donations and estate planning to supplement Hospice care and additional programs and services. Naming opportunities are also available. Contributions to Hospice of the Western Reserve are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Ways to Give
You can make donations by printing the Printable Pledge Form, online or by contacting our Development Team directly. You may also make contributions to our Hospice Resale Shop. A charitable gift of stock provides an opportunity for tax savings, while generously supporting Hospice of the Western Reserve.  Memorial contributions are always welcome and further the mission of Hospice of the Western Reserve.  Volunteering your time is another way to give.
