Medina Care Center

The Hospice Care Center, including The Robertson Bereavement Center and the inpatient care center, received LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council soon after opening in 2012.  Some of its key sustainable features include a cool roofing system, energy-efficient windows and doors and the use of regional building materials with high recycled content throughout.

our-services-medina-2.jpgLike Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake, the Care Center's LEED Certification not only points to the efficiency of the building but to the well-being it offers to the people who live and work in its airy and comfortable spaces.

The location is convenient to downtown Medina, I-71 and I-77. The Hospice Care Center is comfortably set-back from Medina Road. Outdoor spaces are peaceful and plentiful, and throughout the grounds, paved walks encourage strolling, while outdoor dining, courtyards and gathering spaces offer respite. Our site is contiguous to Medina County's Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park, a popular 102-acre park with walking trails, fishing pond, dog park and playgrounds. Our county park neighbor assures that our "backyard" will always be green and serene.
