Kathy Gatto

Vice President of Support Services

Kathy Gatto joined Hospice of the Western Reserve as Project Consultant in 2007, was appointed Director of Support Services in 2011, and promoted to her current role of Vice President of Support Services in 2015.

Under the direction of President and Chief Executive Officer William E. Finn, Gatto directs the operation of support services, facilities management and information systems. She oversees compliance with the Occupational Safety and Administration (OSHA), and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) regulations, as well as state and federal requirements. Gatto and her team are also accountable for capital budgeting, strategic project planning and execution, operational improvement and effectiveness, workflow management and program development.

Prior to joining Hospice of the Western Reserve, Gatto directed geriatric research and development at Southwest General Health Center (2005-06) and was the co-founder and vice president of Worldwide Tile and Marble Co. Inc. from 1986-2004.

Ms. Gatto holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and a BA in Business Administration, both from Baldwin-Wallace College.
