Heart Songs: A Grief Songwriting Workshop
Songwriting is a powerful tool for emotional exploration and tension relief. Under the guidance of a bereavement coordinator and a music therapist, you'll get the chance to express your narrative by crafting your own music and lyrics. Don't worry about not having any musical or creative writing background; it's not required.
