New Journey

This monthly in person support group is for adults of any age who have experienced the death of a spouse, partner or significant other. The group is a safe place to express emotions, tell your story and receive education about grief and loss to help normalize and validate your experience. It also allows you to learn ways to problem-solve and navigate challenging situations.

Time: 7 to 8 p.m.
