Jessica Prinzo

As Vice President of Human Resources and a senior executive leadership team member, Jessica Prinzo oversees all aspects of human capital management HR strategy, including talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, compensation, and benefits. To support the agency’s strategic goals, Jessica implements human capital initiatives, provides guidance, directs needs assessments, offers recommendations on talent management issues, and partners with key decision-makers at all levels. Before joining Hospice of the Western Reserve, Jessica served as a Human Resources Director at GlobalHealth, an Oklahoma-based health maintenance organization. Jessica is certified as a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Professional (SHRM-SCP). She holds a BA degree in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma and an MS degree in Psychology from Kansas State University. Jessica is currently pursuing a JD degree at Cleveland State University, Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
