ECT Supervisor

General Responsibility:  Responsible for the direct supervision of staff under the direction of the team leader.
 
Essential Functions:
 Act as resource to extended care team  members to provide clinical guidance according to policy and procedure and address questions and concerns with follow up as needed.
  • Review skilled need, symptom management and staffing needs with primary team when initiating Continuous Care, then daily and PRN while patient remains at this level of care.
  • Oversee scheduler in coordinating Continuous Care staffing in collaboration with primary teams and on-call under the direction of the team leader.
Requirements:
            Education/Experience
·         Licensed RN in State of Ohio
·         BSN or equivalent experience preferred
Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead
