Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to terminally ill persons under the direction of the Registered Nurse in collaboration with the transdisciplinary team.

Requirements: Licensed LPN in State of Ohio; Experience preferred in pain and symptom management, oncology, public health or mental health.
