Simpson wins Ethics and Humanities Award

Our very own Dr. Darcia L. Simpson recently won the 2023 Medical Ethics and Humanities Award from the College of Medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). This award is given to those who demonstrate excellence in teaching, contribute to innovative curricular development, serve as a role model for faculty and students, contribute to faculty development and serve as a mentor and advisor to students. Darcia is a Spiritual Care Coordinator with Hospice of the Western Reserve and an Assistant Professor of Family and Community Medicine at NEOMED, and this award is so well deserved!
