Div., CT CDP®, Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Nate Gradisher, Provider Relations Manager, were recent guests on the KAZ Radio TV Network podcast, “Unlocking the Power of You.” Hosted by Timothy White, Sr., an author, teacher, motivational speaker and minister, the discussion explored hospice care – what it is and what it isn’t  - and what sets Hospice of the Western Reserve apart.

The wide-ranging conversation delved into common misconceptions and fears, tips on how to have the difficult but necessary conversations with loved ones, who can refer to hospice and some of the many ways hospice care supports not only patients, but their families and loved ones.
