Fat Cats Serves Families Holiday Meal to Remember

For the fourth consecutive year, Fat Cats, the popular eclectic eatery in Tremont, provided a Meal to Remember for residents of David Simpson Hospice House, their families and caregivers. This year, chef and owner Ricardo Sandoval personally delivered and served the food.  More than 90 people were treated to a meal of Chicken Augusto (chicken breast prepared with lemon butter and capers), green beans, Eggplant Parmesan, salad and garlic bread.  Wine for the dinner was generously donated by Scoperta Importing Co., Inc.
