Open House at HMC, Hospice of Medina County


​Join us for a public open house at HMC, Hospice of Medina County, a Hospice of the Wetern Reserve affiliate on August 22, from 5-7 p.m., 5075 Windfall Rd., Medina.  Attendees will learn more about our programs and services, such as our pediatric program, art and music therapy, bereavement services, and Moments to Remember, among others. Staff will be on hand to give personalized tours and answer any questions you may have. Light refreshments will be served.

We Salute You


​The Westlake home care team from Hospice of the Western Reserve (HWR) honored and thanked Corporal James “Norris” Jett for his military service in post-World War II Europe with a family Veterans Recognition Ceremony at his home in North Olmsted Tuesday. The ceremony is part of the nonprofit agency’s Peaceful & Proud program, which pays special tribute to those who have served the country.
