​School Liaison

​Location: Cleveland, OH

Working with the Director of the Bereavement Center and bereavement staff, provide leadership in the development, implementation and assessment of the School Liaison program. Cultivate, engage, and maintain relationships with public and private school systems at all levels. Develop the program structure for Hospice of the Western Reserve's School Liaison program. Draft policies and procedures for School Liaison program, including fiscal accountability, and oversee implementation and compliance. Coordinate response to school based crises.

Requirements: Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field; Experience working with school-age children; Experience working in the field of grief and loss; Experience in individual, group, and family counseling.
