What is Hospice Care?
Hospice care provides comfort, support, and dignity to individuals facing the end-of-life journey. This specialized type of care aims to ensure that patients are comfortable and able to live their last days as fully as possible.
What is Palliative Care?
Palliative care focuses on improving the quality of life for individuals with a chronic or serious illness, but not necessarily for those facing end-of-life issues. We deliver palliative care through Western Reserve Navigator to help manage patient symptoms and provide support and education for patients and loved ones.
