The monthly grief support group provides adults who have experienced the loss of a parent with a safe and supportive environment to share their feelings and connect with others who understand. Each session offers an opportunity to talk openly, listen to others, and learn healthy ways to cope with grief.
The group is guided by trained facilitators who encourage conversation, provide resources, and help participants explore the many emotions that follow a loss. Whether the loss is recent or occurred years ago, adults are welcome to join at any time.
This ongoing program meets once a month and is free of charge.
