Join us for a unique and gentle support group that uses the art of Kirigami—a variation of Origami that involves folding, cutting, and shaping paper to create beautiful 3-D designs.
While the finished pieces may look intricate, the process is simple, soothing, and accessible to all. This session focuses on creativity, mindfulness, and the healing power of artistic expression as you navigate grief.
No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to explore and create in a supportive environment alongside others who understand the journey of loss.
Time: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
