Losing a parent at any age is life-changing, but navigating that grief in your 20s or early 30s can feel especially isolating. This support group is a safe, understanding space for young adults who have experienced the death of a parent.
Whether your loss was recent or years ago, you’re welcome here. Together, we’ll share stories, talk through the challenges of grieving while balancing school, careers, relationships, and other life transitions, and support one another through healing.
Led by trained grief professionals, this group offers connection, comfort, and tools for coping — because you don’t have to go through it alone.
Date: June 19 and June 26 Time: 6-7p.m.
