Healing Arts: Gratitude Collage

Imagine yourself as a tree — an evergreen in the mountains, a redwood in the forest, a tall oak on the plains, or a weeping willow by the lake. In this virtual Healing Arts session, participants will explore self-expression and reflection through painting. Guided by our grief support team, you will create an image of the tree that represents you, using your imagination to connect with your emotions and your journey through loss. No art experience is necessary. All materials are provided.

We utilize Microsoft Teams for our workshops. Upon registration, you will receive an email invitation containing a link to join. The initial session introduces a theme or topic for discussion. Participants receive instructions for the art assignment, along with the necessary basic supplies, which are shipped to you and are yours to keep. After completing your art assignment over the week, the second session is an opportunity to share and discuss your artwork.
