Healing Your Body

Healing Your Body is a six-week program that explores how the body responds to grief and what steps individuals can take to support their own well-being. The sessions focus on the physical impact of loss and provide practical ways to manage stress, improve sleep, and restore balance. Participants learn techniques that encourage movement, relaxation, and healthy habits, while gaining a better understanding of the connection between emotional and physical health. The program is led by trained facilitators and offers a supportive space for adults who want to take an active role in their healing journey.
