Hospice of the Western Reserve invites families, friends and supporters to come together for the 14th annual Walk to Remember, taking place Sunday, June 8, 2025, at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. This beloved event offers a meaning way to celebrate life, honor the memory of a loved ones, and support care that brings comfort and dignity for those facing serious illness.
Held each year as a tribute to those who have died, the Walk to Remember is a time for reflection, healing and community. Participants walk in memory of someone special while supporting compassionate care for patients and families across Northern Ohio.
“Each year, the Walk to Remember brings thousands of people together in a powerful display of love and shared humanity,” said Bill Finn, President and CEO of Hospice of the Western Reserve. “Whether you’re walking in memory of someone close to you or simply to support the cause, you’re helping us extend comfort, dignity and support to people when they need it most.”
